For planners, venues, DJs, and photographers

A free QR sign tool for event photo links

Send clients a simple way to print a photo QR sign before the event. They paste their album or upload link, make the sign, and test it with their phone.

Best for

  • clients using Google Photos, Drive, Dropbox, iCloud, GuestPix, Wedibox, or another gallery link
  • event teams that want a quick planning-resource link
  • budget-conscious clients who still want the photo setup to look organized

How to hand it off

  1. Ask the client to create the album or upload link.
  2. Have them test the link on a phone.
  3. Send them to the free Korveld generator.
  4. Tell them to print one sign and use table cards if they want more guests to notice it.

When to use a hosted gallery

If the client needs no-login uploads, moderation, video hosting, live slideshow, or long-term storage, use a hosted event photo service. Korveld handles the printable layer when the client already has a link.

Client message you can paste

If you want guests to add phone photos from the event, create your album or upload link first. Then use Korveld to turn that link into a printable QR sign. Print one sign for the entry or guestbook area, then add table cards if you want more guests to notice it.

What Korveld does not do

Korveld does not host photos or manage guest uploads. The album, folder, or hosted gallery controls uploads, privacy, storage, moderation, and downloads.

Give clients the free generator first.

The $9 starter kit is optional for clients who want matching table cards, reminder cards, guest wording, and a setup checklist.
