For planners, venues, DJs, and photographers

A photo-collection resource for your event clients

Photodrop collects every guest's photos from one QR: guests upload in the browser, the host downloads the album, and it starts free. The print studio makes the welcome sign and table card free, with the client's event name already on them.

Photodrop is best when

  • the client has no album link and wants guest photos collected in one place
  • guests should upload from the browser, with no app and no accounts
  • the client wants review before photos appear, or a reveal at the end of the night

How to hand it off

  1. Send the client to korveld.com/photo-drop/ and have them create a free drop.
  2. Have them upload one test photo from their phone.
  3. They print the QR sign and place it where guests pause.
  4. The morning after, they download the album, or unlock the full one.

The paper is already made

Every drop opens the print studio: a welcome sign and table card free, sharp 300 DPI files with the event's name and QR already on them. Your client prints them at home or at any print shop; there is nothing to design.

Client message you can paste

If you want everyone's phone photos from the event in one place, set up a Photodrop at korveld.com/photo-drop/. Guests scan one QR and upload from their browser; you download everything after. It is free to start; test it with one photo before printing the sign.

How the photos are handled

A Photodrop is private and temporary: only people with the QR or link can upload, the host controls review and deletion, and when the album window ends the photos leave Photodrop's servers. Your client keeps the photos; Photodrop keeps nothing.

Start clients on the free drop.

The Full Event adds every photo open from the first scan, the matching printable set from the print studio, and reveal modes, for one payment per event.
